With 40 years of experience in the automotive and diesel industry it was decided to open a repair shop and evolving customer service. With multiple master certifications from Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), Automatic Transmission Re-builders association, Engine Re-builder Association and various vehicle manufactures provided me knowledge to quickly diagnose and repair many different vehicles. 

Commercial transportation experienced added structure. I built  preventive maintenance inspections in compliance with commercial transportation regulations Department of Transportation (DOT) familiarizing me with proper inspection procedures. I even have certified technicians under my oversight for DOT brake inspections and DOT annual periodic inspections. Experienced in wheelchair lifts and ramps in para-transit and mini van vehicles and some transit vehicles.

Experienced in drive-ability diagnostics using computer car scanners, oscilloscopes and specialized meters. 

I believe in trying to explain to customers operation of areas where they were having issues and explain why we recommended repairs that was diagnosed. We try to be transparent to the customer to provide a premium customer experience and instill confidence that the job was done right. Will provide accurate observations of worn items and provide a reasonable time of life expectancy without using scare tactics and not to up sell knowing the economy. 

Our mission is to provide excellent customer service, diagnosis, maintenance and repair correctly on the first time. Providing explanations in laymen terms to make the customer feel more comfortable about the service being provided. Eliminating scare tactics and up sales commonly found in repair shops to increase income. We provide recommendations and realistic conditions providing customers time to schedule certain repairs whether it is our shop or they perform the repairs at home or another shop.
